RULES AND DEFINITIONS
No minimum wholesale order monthly
All gift and reward programs will be based on Zana Beauty Representatives or Directors wholesale orders received and accepted by the Company by the close of business each month
A Beauty Representative or Director is an independent contractor, not an employee of Zana Cosmetics, and will not be treated as an employee for federal tax purposes or otherwise
Commission rate on promotional Zana T-Shirt is 10%
