These commissions are calculated as follows:

6. There is no need for Beauty Representatives to carry inventory.
7. Selling for Zana Beauty Representatives is simplified. Zana Beauty Representatives are assigned their own special code which they can give to their customers. Customers can place their own orders directly on the website and will enter this code to receive an applicable discount, currently at the rate of 20%.
The company will use this code to track the commissions earned by the sales representative. Beauty Representatives will be paid their earned commissions by the middle of the following month for sales made the previous month. (eg January 2012 sales commissions will be paid by February 15, 2012 )
