When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped via USPS and should be received within 4-7 business days for domestic orders & 7 - 15 business days for canada after processing. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping. Orders will be processed within 48 - 72 hours of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or out-of-stock items.

How can I track my order?
Once we have processed your order, you will automatically receive an email from Paypal letting you know that your order has been sent out and a tracking number with a link will be given to you.

Only California residents are charged sales tax on this web site. The current sales tax is 8.75%.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any products.
